Whistleblowing
The purpose of this page is to inform about the whistleblowing system of Finshape Czechia s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as Finshape), which is intended for Finshape employees and other natural persons pursuant to Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
This system can be used to report suspected unethical or fraudulent behaviour in accordance with the Whistleblowing Policy. The suspicion will be thoroughly investigated and the whistleblower will be informed of the outcome. Thank you.
How to make a report
A report can be made in person at Finshape’s premises by meeting with the appropriate person, in writing by hand delivery to reception or by post. If hand delivered or sent by post, please submit the report in a sealed envelope marked DO NOT OPEN – NOTICE.

How to submit a report correctly?
- Always provide truthful information.
- Be as specific as possible – describe the situation and the people involved in as much detail as possible.
- We are happy to keep in touch with you, whether you choose to remain anonymous or give your name. You can choose to remain anonymous at any time. We may ask you for more information and will keep you informed of the outcome of your report.
