Information on the processing of personal data
Information on the processing of personal data provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) to external collaborators, representatives of customers and business partners and other natural or legal persons with whom Finshape Czechia s.r.o. maintains relations without having a contractual relationship with them.

Finshape Czechia s.r.o., ID No.: 00549533, with registered office at Na Hřebenech II 1718/10, Nusle, 140 00 Prague 4, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 195 (hereinafter referred to as “Finshape”) as the controller hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data and your rights in accordance with the GDPR.
Purposes of processing your data
We process your personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of:
- performance of contractual obligations;
- the performance of obligations arising from the terms of the services used;
- the performance of obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations;
- maintaining contact with customer representatives and business partners;
- sending commercial communications offering products and services;
- organising business events and training, including invitations and accommodation;
- personalised access to our online services;
- selection and recruitment of employees
- ensuring that our rights and legitimate interests are protected.
In accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, Finshape uses your contact details for the purpose of sending you commercial communications with offers based on automated decision-making, including profiling, until you object to this use of your contact details.
In the context of the rights and obligations set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on data protection, Finshape processes personal data provided by a job applicant in the context of a selection procedure. The company uses personal data solely for the purposes for which it was collected, i.e. selection and recruitment of employees, which is aimed at fulfilling the company’s strategy and business objectives.
Your data that we process
We process the following categories of your personal data:
Identification data
In order to identify you unmistakably, we process personal data in the following scope: name, surname, title, company, position in the company.
Contact data
In order to contact you, we process personal data in the following range: email, phone numbers, company address or contact address.
Professional data
In order to provide you with information about our products and services that match your professional focus, we process personal data in the following scope: occupation, professional specialisation, business questionnaires.
Recipients of your data
Under certain conditions, your personal data may be disclosed to state authorities (Police of the Czech Republic, courts, Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, etc.) in the exercise of their legal powers.
Duration of processing of your data
Your personal data is stored with us for the duration of the contract concluded between the company you represent and Finshape or for the duration of your registration to use Finshape services.
After the termination of the contractual relationship between the company you represent and us, or after the termination of your registration to use our services, we continue to process your personal data only for the purposes and for the period for which we are obliged to retain such data under generally applicable law.
We store the personal data provided by a job applicant for the period necessary for the purpose of processing (until the position is filled or the contract with the selected candidate is concluded).
If you have given us your consent to process your personal data for the purpose of sending you commercial offers, the storage period is 5 years from the date of consent.
Once the storage period of your personal data has expired or the period for which we are required to keep it by law, we will anonymise or delete your personal data from our databases and systems.
What rights do you have
We process your data transparently, fairly, in accordance with the GDPR and generally applicable law. You have the right to access and correct your data. In cases of processing of your data for which you have given your consent, you are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent to processing and there is no other legal basis for processing your data, or you object to receiving commercial communications, you have the right to erasure or restriction of processing.
